The hotel is situated in a really quiet residential area, which is nice when you want to sleep peacefully. It's away from the bustling city center but conveniently located near bus stops, so it's still easy to get around. The rooms are well-equipped and clean, with nice touches like free coffee, tea, and a minibar. The staff are friendly and genuinely interested in making your stay enjoyable. The breakfast is included in the prices and offers a good selection, including fresh vegetables.
All was ok, couldn't ask for more.

Great roof room. Helpful personnel, convenient location near trams and mall. Good cleaning and TV channels. Renovated Deluxe room, bright and silent. Sauna, water, juice, beer included. Friendly staff, easy access to center and Jurmala by train. Clean room, comfortable bed, Polish-speaking staff.
Nothing it is perfect.

Standard tourist class hotel. good for city break and visiting Riga. Tram stop to the city center is just 3 minutes walk from the hotel. In the evening tea break for free. Quiet surrounding (no traffic noise etc)
Hotel is located in pretty ugly living district but if you want to go to city center it is cheap place to spend just the night. Only cold buffet for breakfast (but good choice so you will not be hungry)

Very friendly small hotel from the point of view on staff and pricing, room and bathroom were clean and well maintained, offering good level of comfort and quiet sleep. Reception is open 24h, parking is free and under video surveillance, free hi-speed wireless internet is available. Large mall is located few hundreds meters from the hotel. Breakfast was included in the price, very basic but ok.
Located quite far from the centre, however bus/trolleybus stop is about 30m from the hotel, estimate 15-20 min driving a car or riding a bus. Some equipment in the room (E.G. tv) should be repaired or replaced.

We really liked it. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was tasty. Our room was spacious and the main thing we had air conditioning, which you need with 30 degrees. Big massive shopping center very close by. Wouldn´t mind staying there again. Evrything was brilliant.
They don´t do dinner. But we didn´t mind going out for the meal. Neighborhood was bit scary at the beginning. But there are cameras on the parking lot, so we felt safe enough.

Great value for money! the price was amazing, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. the staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the rooms were clean and cozy. the breakfast was simple but filling and it was a great way to start the day. the free parking and 24-hour reception was also a plus.
the Wi-Fi was a bit slow but I was still able to use it.

Well, first of all a big respect to a manager of this hotel that hi made possible to make a check-in before 14:00. Very nice reception girls. Reasonable continental breakfast. Perfect shower, clean bathroom, good bed. A huge selection of tv channels on the telly. Free parking. A bit far from city center, but has a great connection with local public transport - tram goes about 15min to the center, there a big number of buses and trolleybuses whice a going to the center as well. A shopping center Alfa few steps from hotel. Perfect price for such of accomodation.

Hotel Annabella became one of my favourite places in Riga! I enjoyed the stay much. The stuff was friendly, always eager to help, they made feel me like being home. Thanks a lot!!! The room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was nice. Even the location of hotel isn't central, there is a public transport stop close to Annabella with a number of buses and a trolleybus running to the Old town and to the central railway station. And if one like shopping, there's a large mall Alfa just in 10 minutes walk from the hotel.

This hotel's location cannot be beat. It's situated in a quiet residential neighborhood, but close enough to town to take a bus or taxi. Nearby bus stops run frequently, and the hotel is only 1/2 kilometer from one of the biggest shopping centers in the quiet suburb. the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff is always helpful. Breakfast is modest but everything you need.
There's no air conditioning, making the summer nights uncomfortable.

Everything was good. We stayed here for the second time and we would choose this hotel again.
Internet is horribly slow or almost zero.
